In a first for the ETTA, we have collaborated with Miko Metals who is providing every engineering teacher in the country with samples of a Counter PCB that they currently stock and created a Unit of learning to accompany the component.

This Unit of learning is being made available to everyone whether they are a member or not both here at etta.ie and by Miko Metals on their site miko.ie.

We have identified some other components that Miko sell that would be utilised in the classroom and over the coming months will be developing Units of learning for those devices for Members and will be available on the member's section of the site.

The icon below will allow you to download a zip file containing a presentation, Student worksheets, Student Grading Rubric, DXF files for importing to a laser cutter for the components and SolidWorks files of the project.
